Coolfont Resort's Swim and Fitness Center

The location of my practice is at Coolfont Resort's Swim and Fitness Center. There is an indoor, heated, saltwater pool, a hot tub and a weight room within the facility. If you are staying at Coolfont, use of the facility is included. Those of you who are not lodging there but would like to purchase a day pass for use on the day of your appointment can call the front desk at Coolfont at 304-500-0500 to make arrangements.

The Springs

It is a very good idea to take a private soak in the mineral waters at the Roman Bath House in Berkeley Springs State Park before or after your massage session. Call (304) 258-2711 to arrange for an appointment. It’s great to soak before your massage appointment, but if you decide that you’d like to go after your massage, know that it is equally helpful because soaking in the warm mineral waters is restorative at any time.

I recently had my first session of Cranio-Sacral therapy with Evelyn Garcia and wanted to go on record saying that her work is exceptional and her ability to tune into the energetic flow in my body was flawless. Rarely have I been so impressed. V"
