Evelyn is trained and certified in Integrative Yoga Therapy and has been teaching yoga for many years.
Integrative Yoga Therapy is a form of Hatha Yoga that helps develop a closer relationship between ourselves and our bodies. Classes combine body awareness, attention to breath (pranayama),
postures (asana), gentle movement (somatics), meditation and guided relaxation to facilitate peace, health, and wellness. The focus is on the individual as a whole and they help to encourage
integration of the body, mind and spirit. Persons of all levels of experience are invited. Group and private on site classes are available by appointment.
